PASTOR AND STAFF
Rev. Hans Fiene was born in Duluth, Minnesota. The son of a Lutheran pastor, Rev. Fiene and his family spent time in Utah and Connecticut before settling in Indiana. A graduate of Indiana University and Concordia Theological Seminary, Rev. Fiene served congregations in Colorado and Illinois before beginning his service at Prince of Peace in June of 2020.
Rev. Fiene and his wife Katie were married in 2005. God has blessed them with four sons: John, August, Anders, and Levi. In addition to serving Christ’s flock at Prince of Peace, Rev. Fiene is also a writer for the online magazine The Federalist and is the creator of Lutheran Satire, a multimedia project intended to teach the Lutheran faith through humor.

Melanie Goldstein has been Prince of Peace's office manager since 1999. She and her family have been members of Prince of Peace since 1997.
God has blessed Melanie and her husband Richard with two children: Annamarie and Neil.
Vicar Matt Doebler is in the third year of a four-year M.Div. program at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis. Before entering the seminary, he taught high school English, Film Studies, and Video Production in Chattanooga, TN. He is married to Natalie and has two teenage children: Jack and Chloe.
